I am a skilled and experienced people leader who nurtures innovation, personal and professional development, while delivering quality results within complex environments. Drawing upon my passion for people and my extensive coaching and facilitation experience, I enjoy developing the strengths of people I work with both in upstream and downstream positions. I have an entrepreneurial spirit to problem solving and relish complex challenges. 

With our increasingly complex social challenges, we are needing to change our concepts of organisational structure and governance to a network and collaborative model. I encourage novel strategic approaches that directly impact worker wellbeing, resilience and capacity for innovation. I  champion the key role that effective, psychologically safe and conscious leadership plays in creating enjoyable, collaborative, productive and innovative workplaces. 

I am a registered Physiotherapist and have worked in the areas of high performance sport, the performing arts as well as working with patients suffering from chronic pain and complex conditions. As a clinician, I understand high performance requires us to apply the principles of conditioning to develop the neural pathways for both our physical and mental health. How we integrate these principles directly impacts on our physical performance, our wellbeing and resilience, our ability to show up in our relationships and as leaders, to navigate uncertainty, inspire those we work with and our ability to create novel systems and solutions for our current social challenges.

The timely adoption of supporting and innovative technology into healthcare is crucial. The rapdily accelerating levels of chronic disease and proportionaly dwindling numbers of healthcare professionals will require healthcare professionals and organisations to challenge ourselves with the rate at which we adopt and implement new innovation that supports efficiency and reawarding clinical experience. I offer a unique approach to facilitate the integration of new research and innovation that improves the lives of healthcare consumers and providers.
